Online Bond Payment

How to make an online bond payment:

1. You will need the defendants name and date of birth.
2. Click this link to go to the Allpaid website:  allpaid.com
3. In the "Make A Payment" box click Search.
4. On the Payment Destination page, search for Custer County Sheriffs Office - Remote Bond.
5. Make sure to select the option that reads "a004w6 - Custer County Sheriffs Office - Remote Bond - CO"
6. When asked to "Confirm this Payment Destination" make sure the destination states:
   1. Custer County Sheriffs Office
      702 Rosita Avenue 
      Westcliffe, CO 81252 
      (719) 783-2270 
      
      Payment Location Code (PLC): a004w6 
      Remote Bond
7. Click "Pay This Destination".
8. Complete the "Enter Your Payment Information" form.
   1. You must click Yes to acknowledge that the funds become the property of the defendant.
   2. Provide the defendants name and date of birth.
   3. Provide your contact information and bond payment amount.
   4. Under Payment Summary, confirm the payment amount and acknowledge the 3.5% credit card transaction fee.
   5. Click Continue to proceed with the payment.
